1 General Terms & Conditions

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jatawin. Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software to operate games.
• Collusion or coordinating unfairly with other players to gain an advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jatawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts may be automatically deactivated due to prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, access to the account will be suspended for the specified period.
• Any unused balance in an account closed for valid reasons will be refunded within 30 business days.
